About the client

A concierge clinic established in Puerto Rico to inspire a healthy lifestyle based on an integrated healthcare model that incorporates wellness, prevention and access to state-of-the-art services and top-level professionals.

The Challenge

We were tasked with converting client’s success from word-of-mouth to social platforms, like Facebook and Instagram, and to drive strategic positioning as the concierge healthcare provider.

Plus, the client wanted to create an aspirational lifestyle brand that promotes wellness across all socioeconomic layers with useful and accurate information, tips, and the latest medical breakthroughs.

The Solution

We utilized the power of existing visual assets (images and videos) to drive awareness and sign-ups through paid social media, including Facebook and Instagram. We regularly deployed, optimized, and measured new creative with an always testing mindset. By recognizing new creative opportunities, our team crafted assets tailored toward priority audiences and continually came up with new hypotheses to test. Through consistent iteration and testion, we were able to produce significant growth in terms of website traffic and build an unprecedented brand awareness.
